Both my boys attended for their first time. They did not go together so I was worried but after each one of them came home and told me their experiences, I was very impressed. I will definitely send them again and have already invited family and friends to go next year. Everyone was so great and friendly that my kids came back talking about the staff as if they had known them for years. Thank you all so much.

Welcome to Camp Jack Hazard 2024!

The Jack and Buena Foundation is excited to roll out our open enrollment for the Summer of 2024 beginning October 1st, 2023! This will be the Foundation's 14th year operating Camp Jack Hazard and Camp Jack Hazard will be celebrating its 100th year serving youth of the Central Valley and beyond. Camp Jack Hazard continues to grow in size and sessions. Some other things have changed as well.  All of the campers in 2024 will be enjoying fully renovated cabins with all new beds, mattresses, and paint.

This year we will be celebrating the returning campers with an official Camp Jack Hazard 2023 Hoodie sweatshirt (a $60 value) that will help to keep our little campers warm in their home away from home. We will be waiving the registration fee for our Early Bird enrollment, a savings of $25. This year the Early Bird program will end on December 31, 2023, so make sure you sign up early.  Campers who refer a new, first time camper, receive 10% off their tuition. Not only do you save between $62 - $100, and you can stack the Refer a Friend discount up to 10 times to help offset the cost of your entire enrollment.

RESIDENT CAMP (AGE 8-15)

You don’t have to go far or spend a lot of time looking for adventure this summer. Each week-long Resident Camp session features a two-night backpacking adventure and tons of action-packed activities. We foster personal growth through challenging and exhilarating activities. Campers will learn respect for others, respect for nature and respect for themselves.

Horseback Riding - $55

Camp Jack Hazard will be partnering once again with Kennedy Meadows Resort and Pack Station to provide a unique and wonderful experience for your youth. Campers will enjoy 60 minute ride through the beautiful High Sierra Mountains with their cabin mates on horseback.
